All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests may be required to provide valid payment details at the time of booking. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and charges as per government regulations and property policies.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
Every guest staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued identification document upon arrival. The property reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid identification cannot be provided.
Rooms are intended for the number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges and approval from the management. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior authorization.
Children are welcome at the property. Extra beds or mattresses may be provided upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children during their stay.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest responsible for the damage.
While every effort is made to ensure guest safety and security, the property shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents, or vehicles.
Parking is available subject to availability. Guests are requested to secure their vehicles and belongings properly. The property shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring in parking areas.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy associated with their reservation before confirming their booking.
The property shall not be liable for any interruption or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service to any individual whose conduct is considered inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or potentially harmful to the property, staff, or other guests.
